How Farlinko researches global employment content

Our public content supports early planning. It should show where a statement comes from, when time-sensitive information was checked, which facts can change the result, and when a case needs professional review.

Source hierarchy

Primary sources come first

1. Laws and public authorities

We prefer legislation, labour ministries, tax authorities, social-insurance bodies, immigration authorities and official implementation guidance.

2. Operational guidance

Where the rule is administered through a public portal, we link the authority page that employers use for registration, calculation, reporting or filing.

3. Professional interpretation

Secondary material can help explain a difficult rule, but should not replace an available primary source for a dated factual claim.

4. Commercial data

Provider prices, implementation dates and service availability are case-specific. We request a current written scope instead of presenting a universal benchmark.

Review method

What a page must show

  1. A distinct decision: the page must answer a country, service or operating question that is not already answered elsewhere.
  2. Source context: important facts should link to the authority near the statement, followed by a consolidated source list where useful.
  3. A review date: country pages show when visible facts and reference links were checked.
  4. Material assumptions: location, worker category, compensation, collective terms, immigration and later rule changes are stated where they can change the result.
  5. A bounded conclusion: content distinguishes general planning information from case-specific legal, tax, payroll or immigration advice.
Calculators

How estimates are handled

Calculator results separate statutory employment cost from Farlinko service pricing. Each market includes an effective date, source list, calculation model and caveats. Location-dependent or profile-dependent markets are labeled accordingly. Exchange rates are display inputs and do not change local-currency statutory math.

Estimates are for scenario planning. A real budget should be validated against the employee category, location, current contribution bases, benefits, collective or award coverage and the intended hiring model.

Automation and review

How AI is used

Automation may support source discovery, comparison, drafting, formatting and consistency checks. It does not justify a factual claim. Published country content must point back to identifiable sources, and high-impact employment decisions still require review against the current worker and engagement facts.

We do not add a named author, lawyer or reviewer unless that person has confirmed the attribution and the pages they reviewed.

Corrections

How to report an issue

If a source has moved, a rule has changed or a statement needs clarification, email [email protected] with the page URL, the statement and the supporting authority. We will review the issue and update the visible review date when the substantive content changes.

Need a current case review?

Public content cannot determine the outcome for a specific worker without the relevant facts.
